We were able to replant the 4-way stop AND the entry bed at the top of the neighborhood!

Thank you to all who participated; from the diggers and planters, to the folks with the food, we sure do appreciate everyone who came and had a great time.Â

Dogwoods are coming to Kirkwood!
The Board voted to order 30 dogwood trees, 15 pink and 15 white, with pickup set for November 19-21. Once placement is decided and utilities are marked, they’ll go in the ground.

Inside the clubhouse, Becky and Robert are putting together ideas and a budget for decor improvements. Tree work around the retention pond is planned for this fall, with more trimming in spring 2027.

ARC requests are now free!
The Board voted unanimously to eliminate the $25 ARC request fee, effective November 1st!

The 2027 operating budget has been approved, the Board is looking at smarter ways to invest HOA funds, and tree crews will be trimming back the retention pond area, with a full property trim planned for later in the fall.
​
We’re also working on making the clubhouse feel warmer, with new decorations, a focal point, and some seasonal touches. Our website is coming along nicely, and we’d love your photos of Kirkwood to share!

The Kirkwood Volunteer Day and Community Luncheon is set for October 31st. Neighbors helping neighbors, with lunch for all! See you there!

Clubhouse rentals are now free!
The Board voted unanimously to drop the fee from $25 to $0. We've also launched a new community website (you're here!) and HOA email address to keep everyone in the loop.

A new Beautification Committee is forming to add color to our four-way stops, refresh the front entrance bed, and plant dogwoods. Becky is now our clubhouse contact, with fresh decor and new blinds on the way.
​
Get ready for a Kirkwood Volunteer Day in October, with neighbors helping neighbors and food for all (dates still being finalized). Thank you for helping keep Kirkwood beautiful!
